Uploading CSV file for users

Hi all,

We would like to upload a csv file and assign the user a position, organisation and start date.

Is this possible and if so, what are the column headers that I would use.

Hi Matt, you could try Totara sync for this, a new feature in 2.2, which was designed to enable easier synchronisation of user data from hr systems with Totara's Position and organisation hierarchies.

We are still on 1.9 and not looking at upgrading for a little while. Is it at all possible to add columns in for positons etc in 1.9?

Ah I see,

In that case you could try an earlier version, developed as a plugin by Catalyst for 1.1. I will track it down for you and send.

Otherwise I don't think there are any fields you can add to a standard bulk upload
