Hi just 2 small bugs I have found in the competency fields

The plan column that links to add evidence for a comp is missing the 'competencyid' in the url. Also the proficiency seems to be not pulling through anything in the drop down.

Hi Kyle,

Has the competency grading been changes after the Learning Program was created. Also if you used a csv upload are you certain the database was sound?
