Can someone point me in the right direction, I want to display the short name of the linked courses instead of the number to the competency in the Learning Plan competencies tab and in the Competency report (built with report builder).

Hi Kyle,
This would require custom coding. But, if you click on the competency name under the Competancies tab in the learning plan you will get a list of courses linked to the competency.
