How do I find an individual user in a cohort?

We have a number of cohorts setup and assigned to various programs. I now need to give certain individuals a time extension.

Is there an easy way to find out which cohort a particular user is assigned to, rather than having to go into each cohort and look for them?

Hi Wendy,

Its possible to create a report based on Cohort Members in Reports>Report Builder>Manage Reports. You will be able to set up a filter based on Cohort name.

George.

George;

I'm just wanting to know more information on this.  Using Totara 1.1.9, we can create a cohort report, but I do not see a way to filter based on cohort name; only the user data.

Am I missing something here?  Thanks in advance.

Hi Martinque,

My mistake - youre absolutely right. You can set up a report using Cohort and filter by user which will show the cohort the user is in, or view members under Accounts>Cohorts.

George.
