Multiple divisions in a organization

Giovanni, what you are talking about, multi-tenancy, is not there in Totara yet. It is something we are aware of the demand for and are looking at possible solutions and how we might be able to integrate/offer it.
There have been various long discussions around this on the forums - see:

Some partners have developed their own approaches to this - any creative suggestions for Giovanni welcome.

Hi all,
here's one idea that might be useful:
- Hide course/category/combo list on frontpage settings
- Use program management feature -> creating programs for each division
- Compose program welcoming messages for each program, with direct link(s) to course(s)

As Andy flags, we (Totara partner Androgogic) have developed a multi-tenant capability that you might be interested in seeing? It uses category permissions and a custom catalogue that is sensitive to Organisation. Happy to show you if you are interested :)
