It seems that you can’t use “User Last Login” as a report filter.

You can add it as a report column but there’s no corresponding option on the filter page (see attached).

I’ve checked a couple of different reports (users and audience members) and it’s the same for both.

Is this an oversight?

You can get around it by creating an audience and reporting on that, but that’s not an ideal solution.
