Hi Lee,

Totara can certainly accomplish what you are looking to do. WRT making this a reality, I would suggest contacting your Totara partner for some training / consultancy to fully understand your requirements prior to configuring your site to meet your needs.

A couple of days expert help would pay dividends.... And before you ask... no I'm not on commission

All of what you ask for can be achieved with face to face in Totara

In terms of 'conceptualising' it at a high level, this video tries to do that:

I know this will cost money but your partner would be happy to deliver a workshop/consultancy to get across both the concepts and tailored training for your requirements. There is a lot of knowledge out there in the forums to tap into, but it will be money well spent as it will help to underpin things for you in a complimentary way to the support desk and community discussions.
