(using Totara 2.2.15)

I have a client that has a number of external organisations taking the same course. They have managers in these external organizations that they now want to provide access to the Grade book so that they can view their organisations users progress.

What I want to do is filter the grade-book by organization hierarchy (Totara Hierarchy have been setup for each organisation). I.E only trainers in ORG1 can see learner results in ORG1. And Only trainers in ORG 2 can see Learner results that are in ORG2.

I believe this is not possible currently but does any of you have a suggestion about how to do this? done something similar? 

(What we cannot do is split the course into many courses and give each org their own course)
