We will be release a solution (in this case an extra button) for this particular issue after v2.4 has been released.

Hi George

Stephanie and I have been speaking today around the more recent issue that has come to light when Steph has been testing program management. I logged the issue here: https://support.totaralms.com/wr.php?request_id=640

It relates to Steph needing to assign a Competency to a Program without it pulling in all the different linked courses (in particular different language versions of the same thing). We wanted to add the comment to this post in case the solution is similar & can be developed for both.
