Hi,

We have approximately 10,000 user accounts which were previously created using the bulk upload facilities of Totara. None of these accounts have the "Totara Sync" box ticked in the profile, as expected. The problem is that we would now like to use Totara Sync to update these accounts, but we've not been entirely successful. We have used Totara Sync to update email addresses, and that appears to have worked correctly, however when we have tried to suspend/delete accounts (using the "deleted" field in the CSV) nothing has changed and the users (about 1500) remain undeleted.

Is there was way to mass-enable "Totara Sync" on all of the accounts in question, because going through and ticking them individually isn't really feasible!

If you can directly access the database you can easily update all user accounts to enable Sync, but not so easily for a subset. There is a boolean field `totarasync` which is either on or off.
