Hi Suganthan,

First of all you have to make sure the sessions are marked appropriately by the trainers ie "fully attended" etc, then you can set the status filter (using the advanced setting)  to having the value "isnt equal to" "User Cancelled".

Hi Suganthan,

If you go to the Content tab and select "Show records matching any of the checked criteria below" then check as attached:


This should sort out the issue.

I think there are only two options here - one is custom work on the report, and the other is teach the users how to filter the report.
