Has anyone installed the Meeting Room Booking System (MRBS) plugin and if so can it be used in conjunction with the F2F plugin

Hi William,

I don't know how or if they work together, but the latest version of Face to face for 2.4 may meet your needs? You can book and manage rooms with it, as well as a range of other new features including:

  • trainer and learner booking conflicts
  • notifications improvements
  • bulk attendee actions.

Thanks Andy, is the 2.4 F2F the same as the Moodle F2F plugin?

Hi William,

 

The Totara F2F in 2.2 is mostly based on the Moodle plugin but has some extensions to take advantage of Totara functionality like hierarchy positions, managers, tasks and alerts etc.

 

The new Facetoface version in Totara 2.4 has a range of additional new features like Room management, and these features are not yet available in the public Moodle Facetoface plugin, which is still the 2.2 version.
