'dp_program_advanced' is not a standard Totara report source. This must be a local customisation?

So one of the reports in the table mdl_report_builder has the source field set to 'dp_program_advanced', and there is no file called 'rb_source_dp_program_advanced.php' anywhere in the source code.

If this was a customisation you need to restore that reportbuilder source file - and if it was developed for 1.1 it will also need to be ported to 2.2.

If the source is supposed to be "Record of Learning: Competencies" then you need to fix the data by either

a) editing and re-saving the report in Reportbuilder->Manage Reports to set the correct source; or

b) manually updating the source field in the record in mdl_report_builder to 'dp_competency' instead of 'dp_program_advanced'
