Hi,
I have had a couple of people ask about how to see or display Open Badges that have been achieved in Totara. There are a few ways to do this.
1. Click on your user name in the top right of the page. This will display Badges from Totara and, if your system is set up to allow it, Badges from other websites
A manager can see badges for his or her team. Click My Team, select the learner to view their profile.
2. Navigation Block > My Profile > My Badges - displays the same information
3. Add a My Latest Badges block to your My learning page. My learning > Customise this page > Add a block > My latest badges. This will display badges earned in Totara, but not externally earned badges.
The bigger picture, of being able to display your achievements on other sites is something that can also be managed.
Currently, earned badges can be displayed in http://backpack.openbadges.org if your site administrator has enabled connection to external backpacks.
Click on Settings > Badges > Backpack settings
You will need to sign up for a Mozilla Backpack account in order to set up a connection
Externally earned badges residing in your backpack can also be displayed within your Totara profile.
You may have read about plans for Totara Social - the design brief for which can be viewed at https://totara.community/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=17357#p12492 which will provide another means of learners being able to display badges.
