We have a Course page that includes a SCORM package (readings, scenarios to view, feedback, and an assessment), and a separate F:F workshop. Completion on the Course page (and thus a green bar) was set up as either attending the F:F workshop, or achieving 85% highest grade on unlimited attempts at the Assessment (Quiz).

This all worked fine until we upgraded to 2.4 - now people don't seem to be receiving the automatic green bar/completion in their record of learning/completed learning. have checked all the settings and nothing's changed. I'm hesistant to restore the SCORM package lest I lose existing completions - any advice what to do next?
