Reports not picking up Audience enrolments

Hi All,

We have recently created a programme (this is the first one we have tried) and added just the one course to this.

Some collegagues have been 'bulk enrolled' and some have been assigned to an audience.

From a local access level, colleagues can run a report to monitor course completion but this is not showing all the information required.

Previously reports were setup to return any course enrolments based on bulk or manual enrolment, they do not appear to pick up users enrolled via audience on the same report.

Can someone help me with this?

With programs the users learners arent enrolled until they actually click on the course - could this be the issue?

Hi George,

This may well be the case.

If that is so, how can I track who has been assigned to complete the course against who has completed the course.

I need a report that shows Enrolled vs. Completed.

Hi Michelle,

Its not possible to do that via program reporting at present, due to the nature of course enrolment via programs. Can I suggest enroling users via an audience and then using a record of learning report?

Hi George,

When we click on the different record of learning reports, nothing is show.

Both myself and a colleague have tested this. See the screenshots.

Can you help me a little more on this?

Hi Chelle,

What you are seeing is the Record of Learning for the User (ie you) and not for other learners. The reporting functionality for Programs is being worked on at the moment but the only real way to measure completion against enrolment in Programs at the moment is through a Course Completion report.

Hi George,

Would the best way to view this report be by taking the following action?

On the Home Screen select “Site Administration”

Reports
Report Builder
Manage Reports
Then under the “User Generated Reports” section select ‘Completion (View)’ report

Hi Michelle,

Thats one way, but also if you want to look at an individual's records there are a couple of other options, if you are the Manager of the person concerned you can go through My Team and click on the "plans/Profile/Bookings/records , or if you are admin you can go through Users/accounts/browse list of users/ (username)/ then Navigation>Users>Activity reports

Thank you for your reply, due to the amount of colleagues we have enrolled, looking at individuals will be very time consuming so I think I will go for the Completion Report.

Do we know any timeframes for when the reporting functionality will be available and working correctly for this?

The reporting functionality for Programs will be available in v2.5 in September.
