Hi Melanie,

1), 2) & 4) Im sure the behaviour you are seeing has been caused by the Program cron, can you check you are still experiencing these issues  - if you are can you send my screenshots of all your completion criteria?

3) Can you send me screenshots of what you are seeing and what the settings are?
