Course completion is by cron, so it doesnt happen immediately - once the course completion cron has been run then the status will be updated accordingly.

It depends on your set-up but the course completion cron can run several times a day, and the program one overnight. If you are still having problems now then let me know ASAP.
Actually it looks like your cron isnt running for some reason - can you switch on debugging (Site admin>Development) and got to adim/cron.php and send me what you see?

Can you check if the completion is still not happening, then switch on debugging, got to admin>server>cron then click execute cron and send me a screenshot of the debug messages. Also can you then check if the completion has happened.

Its all normal - has the second course actually been complete? The button stays there so the users can get back to the course to review.
Can you find out if the cron has been set up to run properly - also do you have details of what the completion criteria are dor the second course?

Hi Melanie,
In order for both courses to be completed the cron needs to run a minimum of two times - once to complete course one, then again to complete course two (give all the criteria have been met). If course two is still not complete, and you run cron manually and it completes - this means cron isnt running automatically. If thats the case you should contact whoever installed it and ask them to have a look.
