Hi Arjun,
The Record of learning will have everything - programs, competencies etc. I think what may be happening is cron - that is various enrolments happen at different times - for example enrolment by Audience will take an hour. Your logic is right but you are not seeing the results immediately - can you provide more info about whats going on?

Hi Arjun,
The Required Learning tab is for the learner's programs. Audience enrollment usually happens hourly (by cron) and a direct enrolment (by admin) will happen immediately.
