I have created an appraisal, and in all of the questions I have allowed the Appraiser role to answer, but in none of them have I made it "Required". When I come to activate the appraisal, the system complains that the employee does not have an appraiser (which is true), and won't let me activate it. Is this the intended behaviour, or should the lack of an appraiser only "block" the activation if there is at least one question where the appraiser's input is "Required"?

Weirdly, this has resolved itself, but I'm not entirely sure why. I removed "Appraiser" from the list of roles that can answer some of the questions, added the role back in again and it started working. I had previously checked, and none of the questions required the Appraiser to answer, so very odd. Guessing this won't be easy to reproduce since it's now fixed itself, so maybe just one of those things unless it happens to someone else.
