I have created an appraisal, and in all of the questions I have allowed the Appraiser role to answer, but in none of them have I made it "Required". When I come to activate the appraisal, the system complains that the employee does not have an appraiser (which is true), and won't let me activate it. Is this the intended behaviour, or should the lack of an appraiser only "block" the activation if there is at least one question where the appraiser's input is "Required"?
