Hi,

I had a number of staff who had two roles on the system one of the roles giving access to view profiles and the other not.   The outcome being that none of them could view profiles so I took the role off them which did not allow them to view profiles. 

This worked well for all of them initially and they could all view profiles again, however, one of them is now not able to view profiles again and I can't see why?  She could initially and I have checked the other role to make sure she hasn't sneaked back in but she hasn't?

Help!
