Hi Amir,

Looks like there is a bug in the report scheduler especially when the user and system timezones are different, it's not taking timezones into account when calculating when the next report is due.

I'll investigate further and see if I can come up with a fix.

Hi Amir,

A fix for this issue has been included in Totara 2.4.22 which was released on 16th September 2014.

A fix for this issue was included in today's (11th March 2014) release of Totara 2.4.18

There was a further fix for this issue to properly handle Daylight Savings boundaries in today's (8th April 2014) release of Totara 2.4.19
