Suspended Accounts and Bookings

As a staff account is suspended such as leavers, they are still appearing in the staff list when making a booking.

Does anybody know of a way of suspending accounts and then for the staff to become UNAVAILABLE for making bookings etc.

Any help/guidance on this will be very much appreciated.

Hi Raisa,

This was mostly fixed in 2.5.1 - but seems to have been overlooked in the Facetoface module when booking attendees, we'll get that fixed.

Hi Raisa,

This issue has been fixed in Totara 2.5.7 release. Please let us know if you have any more problems.
