Hi,

Not sure if this is expected behaviour or not but I have amended the window opening times on my certifications to 70 days (from 3 yearly previously), although Totara is displaying this correctly within the certification it has not altered any windows for existing learners. 

I have attached screenshots.  The cron has ran on a number of occasions since making this change to no avail.

Hope someone can help.
