Hi,

I've setup a feedback activity in a course with only 1 question.  In the Feedback settings for 'Record user names' I have selected 'User's name will be logged and shown with answers'.  The Show Responses tab in the question screen shows there's  '1 non anonymous entry' and '0 anonymous entries' however it does not show anywhere, that I can find, the name and response together.

It's really important that the feedback submitted by learners can be matched to the learner.  Is there a setting I'm missing?

I'm using version 2.6.3.
