A status update will be provided once the request has been through an initial review and assessment.

This feature request (tracked under request ID TL-6695) has been deemed high priority and is under consideration for development by Totara core.
This does not indicate a delivery commitment. Development of the functionality is subject to further prioritization and resource availability.
Development priorities are reviewed regularly. If you wish to escalate your market need for this functionality, please contact your Totara Channel Partner Manager.

this would solve some headaches I have enrolling persons in a certification based on their enrollment in a course that is supposed to recur!

We're pleased to confirm that today's Evergreen release includes the addition of a new course or program assignment dynamic audience rule.
This new rule allows you to include or exclude users from an audience based on their enrolment in specified courses or programs.
