Assuming the SCORM is a course completion, then use Reports/Course Completion and click the square next to the normal circular completion tag. You can also type a reason. 

We use this in exactly the same way.

Hi Everyone.

You can use Reports > Course Completion to mark records as RPL complete, as Anthony suggested. Or you could use the the Course Completion Editor, which allows full control over the data and is designed specifically for use cases such as this. This is available in Totara 9.11 and 10.0.

Is it just those 2 versions? I'm on 9.8 but I don't have that feature?

Hi Anthony,

It was released in 9.11, so going forward from there. Its good practise to upgrade anyway, for the security improvements and with the upcoming GDPR functionality.

I was reading 9.11 as 9.1.1 so it makes sense now! 😀
