Performance Management survey

Hi all,

Totara is making improvements to its performance management tools, and we want to gain a better understanding of what organisations need from online performance management. Thank you to all of you who've already responded to our survey.

To those of you who haven't had a chance yet, just a reminder that it's still open for responses. You don't need to be using Totara performance management features to be able to answer the survey, as we are more interested in your general experience and practices in your organisation.

You may choose to complete the survey anonymously, and all questions are optional, so feel free to focus on those that are most relevant to you.
