I have logged in to my account through mobile.

Right now I want to login to my laptop but system not recognise me.

Does this because i use to login through my phone?

I must logout in my phone and continue login to my laptop?

Hi Issa,

You should be able to login on your laptop and phone at the same time.

It might be worth resetting your password here and trying again.
