I've noticed in the record of learning that there can be a previous attempt, but in trying to test this fuctionality I've become stumped :)
How does one end the current enrollment and begin a new one, thereby resetting the completion criteria? My first guess was to enroll and re-enroll the user, but that didn't work.
We have some courses that a user would take a second time either because they failed, and must begin anew, or because they took it in the past but their manager has identified the need for remediation and asked them to retake the course.
