Hi


I have a question regarding the counts in the Statistics Block in T11.


Should the count of the Started Courses be reduced by -1 when a user completes a course? Or if a manager has 1 report who has completed a course is the expected started new course value = 1 and completed new course value = 1 also?

Hi Craig

It is possible for a course to be completed without it being started through RPL or course completion upload so i think the started and completed course need to be independent so shouldn't be reduced by one.

It is also possible for a user to complete a course more than once if the course is part of a certification so completed course can be more than one.
