Hi,
I trying to find a solution to the following situation.
My company has a training that is reassigned to the user every time they failed to perform an action, to refresh them on the policies, etc. This is mandatory (required) and the status of these trainings will have to be reported on. All the previous training completion also have to be tracked.
I am wondering if anyone else has similar training situation and how they approached this issue.
