Totara learning technology is used across a diverse range of industry sectors, regions and organisation sizes. We know that our open and flexible platform makes it possible to meet specific needs on your own terms, whether these are sector regulatory obligations, user preferences, or other learning and development requirements.

Many of you in the Totara Community will therefore share the same challenges and could benefit from connecting with other members to share user stories, good practice and request help from others. We’d like to make this easier for you, but we need your help and suggestions.

To get the discussion going, here are some ideas from the Community Team:

  • User stories - A space where you can share and discuss learning management practices and explain how you have used Totara products to meet your sector-specific needs.

  • Industry challenges - A space for you to discuss industry wide issues that impact learning and development.

  • Sector-specific webinars - Webinars that focus on specific industry related topics.

To stimulate your own thoughts, we have an extensive range of case studies that you can review - just use the filters to see your own industry sector.

Then try answering these questions:

  • Are there any specific case studies that you would like to learn more about?

  • We know we have many Totara users in the Healthcare sector - would you participate in a sector specific forum if we set one up for you?

  • What other sectors should we consider?

  • Which of our ideas above work best for you?

Please do respond below with your feedback. By contributing, you will be building the Totara Community into an even more valued resource for us all.

Thanks!

Lars
