Is anyone using the 360 Feedback tool and willing to share ideas?

What experiences has anyone had using the tool? Without a report source for 360 Feedback, has it caused any issues? Have you used alternative methods to export data to identify trends etc.

I'm sure others will share their ideas too, but as a starting point have you had chance to have a look at the Academy course on 360 feedback?
