Overdue certification

I have a question regarding overdue certification and is hoping people with certification setup can share the experience.

Is it the system behavior that when a certification is overdued for a person, then he/she cannot progress the certification anymore and that administrator need to manually re-open the window for them?

Hi Mei,

The learner is returned to the primary certification path and has to recertify, there is no action necessary from admin.

Thanks George. May I ask this is applicable to older version v2.7 too?

I am asking because it's not happening in our site unfortunately, and we have a case with partner to investigate what's happening. In our site when people are overdue for the certification, the path simply stopped and the "launch course" button is greyed out rather than directing people to the original certification path....

There's been no change in behaviour. Can you submit a support ticket? As much info as you can supply would be great - screenshoots, settings. environment.
