I assigned an audience to an appraisal and activated it. After activation an audience member was removed from the audience assigned to the appraisal. The appraisal is still showing for the employee, Manager and Manager's Manager but with a status of closed. Is it possible for the appraisal to be removed for all roles?

Hi Rose,
There is not a way to remove the old appraisal for those users as it's assumed that even a closed appraisal may contain information that we don't want to lose. Since it is now closed, the users won't receive additional reminders about the appraisal.
