Hello Qingrou,
Audience based visibility is not enabled by default. To enable it, go to Site Administration > Advanced Features and tick the box next to "Enable audience-based visibility".

Hi there,
Is there a way to make a specific audience only be able to see 1 course and none of the other courses?
We have some external users we would like to add for the purpose of them seeing a single course and would like to prevent them from seeing the rest of the courses on our LMS.
