Restricting access for guests

I have been asked by a team at my work place if its possible to set up an audience for a group of contractors, the company only want them to have access to one course.

It is possible to enrol audience members through the Enrolled learning tab in the audience.

A rule that automatically selects contractors based on the users profile eg position = 'contractor' can be added to the dynamic audience.

If you want users to be able to only view courses that are applicable to Audience members then 'Visible Learning' can be set on a course used so only members of the audience and enrolled users can view the course.

Hi Lyn

No problem - there was a jump made that wasn't clear in the documentation.

You need to enable Audience based visibility under Site admin > Advanced features then the Visible learning tab should appear in the Audience setup
