The audience rule for organisations and positions do currently look for the organisation or position in any of the user's job assignments.

The  item that could be made to enable a search like this is the job assignment id which could be changed so it combines the information. For example having a job assignmentid of store2mentor for users assigned as a mentor in store 2. Then you could use the jobassignmentid for the audience rule.

This would work if the jobassignmentid  isn't used for any other purpose and is able to be updated with HR Import
