Hi,

I'm a site admin and I've created a HTML block that I want to appear on selected pages - Team, Reports, Record of Learning, Dashboard etc. Some pages have a 'Turn editing on' button (such as Team and Reports) but others don't (such as Record of Learning). How do I add a block to a page that doesn't have this option and ensure that all users will see it?

Also, how can I create a HTML block that appears in the master list of block types i.e. the dropdown list that you get when you click on 'Add a block'?

We're on V.11 and I've looked in the Wiki and done the relevant tutorials but I just can't seem to find the answer!

Hi A'Mhara,

The difference is that the pages with a Turn Editing On button is the standard form in the software and the others, excepting dashboards, are embedded reports. There is not a way to put a block on all pages at the moment. 

The 'Add a block' drop down is populated through Plugins - the only way to add prebuilt blocks to the list is through code work. 

What content are you interested in adding through the blocks? We might be able to brainstorm other items with you.
