Hi All, 


I was wondering if anyone knows a way to get a course to complete when a field on a users profile updates?

I would like to make one of our processes less manual. Currently we import via CSV

For example, when their profile is updated to Level 2 (imported via Payroll), The level 2 course would automatically become complete. 

I don't think that it is possible to complete courses with profile conditions, but maybe someone has a work around. 

We are currently V9 with V12 in the works.

Hi Ashleigh

Sorry for the delay in replying 

It is possible to enrol users in a course based on an audience rule that the user profile field is a specified value.

In the course you can create a course completion condition based that the user must be enrolled for 1 day or that the user must remain enrolled until a specified date
