Is there any manual I could read or at least a FAQ to by inspired?
I have MANY questions regarding to basic functions I cannot figure by myself... For example how to delete a course or set right answer(s) in quiz style "choose one or more right answers" etc.
Can anybody help me please?

The help documents for multichoice multiple answers is here - if you have three correct answers you would award a Grade of 33% for each correct option as the mark for the question should add to 100% . The wrong answers would be given a grade of 0.
For deleting a course see the help here - selecting the x from the course and category management should do this. Ensure that there is no one enrolled on the course that you wish to keep records for.
There are also free courses on the Totara Academy and if doesn't help then creating a ticket in the helpdesk will get more specific support.

Could you please tell me more in detail where/how I can delete whole course? For now I just deleted all sections and hide the course for anybody else but me, but I would rather have it completely clean and delete whole course.
I did not find answer in your link. Could you please explain me once again or show a printscreen where I should do so?

I have highlighted in the help doc screen where the X is to delete the course - you will be asked to confirm that you are sure that you wish to delete the course.

I believe you put the correct answers first, then add distracters in the fields below. For a demonstration on how to set up this question, have a look at our Advanced quiz course in the Academy, which includes a video of how to author different quiz questions. Simply go to the course and select the activity called 'Show me: Quiz question types' to view the video.

I had the same question. So should not "Shuffle" be an option in that case? Because otherwise the correct answer is always the first proposition, no?
Would it be possible to add a (i) of information to help the user do it? Even if that's only to send to the doc.
