Remove courses from a user.

Hi,

There is any way to remove courses from a user instead of unenroll them?

The only way I know to unenroll a user is to enter the course and remove the user. What I want is to enter in their profile ( or other page) see all the courses he/she is enrolled and remove some courses.

Is this possible?

Sorry if there is any open discussion about this already, I couldn't find the topic.

Hi Joana

It is possible to unenrol users from courses through Course administration > Users > Enrolled users and deleting the enrolment method. this is not on a user basis but a course by cousre basis.

Unenrolment can also be done through audiences if the users was enrolled through an audience.

Unenrolment can also be done through settings in the enrolment method

Hi Craig,

I think I'm having similar issue here. Is that possible to remove a course from users' record of learning?

I found a bunch of users which they never enrolled to a course, but they appear in this course completion status reports. Their status is "ENROLLED". But they never do any activity in this course.

The Record of Learning is being redesigned to make it easier to see different types of Learning - this is discussed in the suggest features forum

A user who has enrolled in a course has a course completion record created - this record is not deleted when they are unenrolled.
