Hi all,


We are upgrading from 2.9 to 12. On 2.9, a manager can click on the learners progress bar when viewing their record and see completion progress details for that learner in that course. It shows activities, dates, and completion requirements. 

In 12, that function has disappeared. It now shows the requirements and % complete of a course but has no break down of what a learner has or has not completed. 

We need managers to be able to see this level of detail so they can know if they still have face to faces to attend for example.


Has anyone else run into this? How can we allow managers to see the activity completion details of their staff?

Hey Ashleigh!

That's a big jump in versions - but I think I figured out what you're looking for.  So as a manager:

  • Go to the Team page
  • Click the desired user to go to their profile
  • Click the 'Grades Overview' in the Reports area
  • Click the desired course
