As we know many of the HRIS offer LMS features, is there anyone having experience of using bundled LMS in HRIS?
I believe it would have lots of inflexible and inconvenience when L&D try to manage the LMS within HRIS, instead of standalone LMS. It would be good to hear your feedback regarding the pros & cons of the bundle LMS in HRIS.

The only system I can give second hand feedback on is Taleo. An HR team had purchased it and the training team was expected to deliver content with it, but it didn't have the features they really needed, as it's an HRIS first and so the features in that area are prioritized.
The experience is really going to be dependent on what features your team needs and what systems HR is looking at!
