Audiance suddenly not being able to login

Audiance suddenly not being able to login

For some reason a whole audiance can no longer log into Totara, they are receiving this message:


auth_ldap3/auth_ldap_nonconnect_all


Debug Info:

Error code: auth_ldap_nonconnect_all


Has this every happend to anyone?  This audiance was able to log in just fine 3 weeks ago, i do not under stand why out of no where they can no longer log in.

Hi Anita

It sounds like something has gone wrong with the connection between the LDAP sever and Totara server. Have you tried rebooting the servers 

If this doesn't help then can you get your partner create a ticket on the help desk with more details on the audience rules  and LDAP authentication plugin setup.
