We have a customer who has requested a new field in the user profile to store employee numbers (a unique identifier) to allow completion reports to be more easily integrated into their own employee database when an employee completes a training module in our LMS (Totara 2.9.2).
This was of course simple enough, but they're now asking if there's a way to update existing users' accounts with an uploaded CSV file. Try as I might, I cannot find a way to do this. Rather than just go back and tell them that their employees will have to do it manually, I thought I'd ask here first.
Any assistance gratefully received, whether it's a yes or a no.
