Removal of user from dynamic audience

Hello.

I have the following setup:

  • Course completion for an introductory course enrols a user into an dynamic audience
  • The audience is then enrolled in a certification.

If the user is no longer required to complete the certification, possibly due to a change in role, how do I remove the user from the certification? It would be best if I could keep the users records to show they completed the initial training.

Thanks, Simon

Hi Simon

If the user is removed from the audience that enrols them in the certification then they will be removed from the Certification. This could be added as a rule to the dynamic audience based on a value in the user's profile and both of the rules completion of introductory course and profile rule need to be true.

The certification completion would show in the user's Record of Learning as a current or previous completion.
