Merging 2 user accounts

I have a user that has 2 accounts and they have completed work in both accounts. How do I move all of their work into one account?

Hi Karen

There isn't a safe way of merging the two accounts .

The way to do this is to upload course completions and program from one account into the other account and then delete the account they came from.
