Sidewide report of all the editing trainers

can legacy notifications and central notifications work together in v18 ?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a way to generate a report that shows all editing trainers in our system and the courses they are assigned to.

Currently, I can see editing trainers by checking each course individually, but with around 300 courses, this is not practical. Since Editing Trainer is not a site-wide role, I also can't find them under "Assign System Roles."

I attempted to create a report using Course Membership as a source, but I couldn't find a way to display the role of the user as a column.

Has anyone successfully created a report like this? Or does anyone have a workaround to achieve this without manually checking each course?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Senka

Under Bulk user actions it is possible to filter by course role of Editing trainer and then use the Add to Audience action to create an audience with all editing trainers.

Then use the Course membership report and in the content tab select show records by any criteria and Show records by audience and select the editing trainer audience. This would only work if the editing users isn't enrolled in courses in another role.

Hi Craig,

thank you so much for your quick reply. I have managed to extract all the editing trainers now into one audience. Unfortunately ,the second step doesn't work, because our Editing trainers can also be learners in other courses. Is there any other way I can see which editing trainer is assigned to which course?
